At Hope Rings, we want you to cherish your jewelry forever, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Each piece must be returned in its original packaging to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place your rings in their original velvet boxes and secure them inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned jewelry, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
